Due to the handmade nature of my products, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact me — I want you to love your purchase! 

All items in this shop are handmade to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Please make sure to review item details and photos carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to make it right.

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, slight variations in color, size, or shape are part of the charm and not considered defects.
