🐾 About My Plushies

Are your plushies handmade?
Absolutely! Every plushie is handmade by me — crocheted, stuffed, and stitched with love. No machines here — just yarn, a hook, and a lot of heart. 💕

Will my plush look exactly like the pictures?
Each plushie is one of a kind, so there might be tiny differences in expression, shape, or size — that’s part of their charm! Your plush will look very close to the photos, but with its own special personality.

What materials do you use?
I use super-soft chunky 100% polyester yarn or premium acrylic yarn (depending on the plush), high-quality fiber fill, and safety eyes for a cute and cuddly finish. Everything is chosen to make your plush as huggable as possible! 🐻💫

📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each plush is made with care! Ready-to-ship cuties go out in 3–7 business days. Made-to-order plushies usually take 1–2 weeks to crochet before they’re on their way to you.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I only ship within the United States. But if you’re outside the U.S. and have your heart set on a plush, message me — I may be able to work something out! 🌍💌

Will I get tracking info?
Yes! Every order comes with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your plushie’s adventure from my hands to yours.

🧺 Care & Custom Orders

How do I care for my crochet plushie?
Hand wash gently with cool water and mild soap, then air dry. Please don’t machine wash or tumble dry — it keeps your plushie fluffy and happy for years to come!

Can I request a custom plush or color combo?
Yes, please do! I love custom creations. 🎨 Send me a message with your idea, and I’ll let you know what’s possible — from color changes to brand-new designs.

💌 Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each plush is handmade, I don’t accept returns or exchanges — but! if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your order is already in progress and can’t be canceled.

My package is delayed or lost — what can I do?
Once shipped, delivery is in USPS’s hands. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number. I’ll do what I can to help from my end, too!

⚠️ Safety Note

My plushies are not intended for children under 3 years old, as small parts (like safety eyes) can pose a choking hazard. Please always supervise young children when handling handmade plushies.
